Terms

The rules of the road.

Conflictish is provided as a course tool to enrolled students of a cohort program. By using it, you agree to the terms below. Last updated May 7, 2026.

A diagnostic, not a strategist.

Who can use Conflictish

Conflictish is for students who have been issued a cohort code by their program. Sharing your cohort code, signing in on someone else's behalf, or using Conflictish outside your enrolled cohort isn't allowed.

What you put in

You're responsible for the observations, reflections, and answers you submit. Don't include information that identifies a real person in a way that could harm them, and don't paste content you don't have permission to share.

You retain ownership of what you write. By using Conflictish you give the program permission to read, store, and use your audit for the purposes described in the privacy notice.

What the AI does and doesn't do

Conflictish uses an AI model to play back what you've written and to draft a cross-dimension narrative. The AI is not a strategist, a counselor, or a substitute for your faculty. Nothing it produces becomes part of your durable record until you explicitly accept it.

AI output can be wrong, biased, or incomplete. Read it with the same skepticism you'd read a peer's draft.

Course tool, not a commercial product

Conflictish is provided to your cohort at no cost as part of your program. It isn't a commercial service, doesn't carry uptime guarantees, and may change between cohorts as the program evolves.

Acceptable use

  • Don't try to break, probe, or stress-test the system.
  • Don't attempt to access another student's audit.
  • Don't use Conflictish to harass, dox, or harm anyone.
  • Don't use the AI to generate content that violates your program's academic integrity policy.

We may suspend access for accounts that don't follow these rules, in coordination with your faculty.

Disclaimers and liability

Conflictish is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, the program and its operators aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool.

Changes

We may update these terms as the program evolves. Material changes will be communicated through your cohort. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
