What we collect, where it lives, and who can see it.
Conflictish is a course tool used inside an organizational behavior program. This page describes what the tool collects from you while you complete a culture audit, where it is stored, and the choices you have. Last updated May 7, 2026.
“The audit ends at the cultural profile. AI is a diagnostic, not a strategist — synthesis is its job; meaning-making is yours.”
What we collect
When you sign in and complete an audit, Conflictish records the information you provide so the audit can be assembled and so your faculty can see your work. Specifically:
- Your name, email, and the cohort you enrolled in.
- The observations, prompt responses, and chat messages you submit during the audit.
- The AI-generated dimension recaps and cross-dimension narrative drafts you accept.
- Your written Culture Summary and Problems of Practice.
- Timestamps for when you started, accepted, and finalized each part of the audit.
We do not collect audio recordings, video, browser fingerprints, or location data. The audit does not run analytics or third-party advertising trackers.
Where your data lives
Audit data is stored in Google Cloud (Firestore and Cloud Storage), encrypted in transit and at rest. The same Google Cloud project handles authentication via Firebase Auth. AI synthesis runs on Google Vertex AI in the us-central1 region.
Who can see your audit
- You, when signed in.
- Your faculty for the cohort, for grading and program purposes.
- The Conflictish program administrator, for support and integrity reviews.
- Engineers maintaining the system, only when accessing data is necessary to fix a problem. Access is logged.
Your audit is not shared with classmates, with other cohorts, or with the public.
AI and your data
When the audit synthesizes your dimension recaps or narrative draft, your text is sent to Google Vertex AI for processing. Per Google's enterprise terms for Vertex AI on Google Cloud, your prompts and completions are not used to train Google's foundation models.
Conflictish does not train any model on your data and does not share your data with model vendors outside Google Cloud.
Your choices
- You can edit or re-open any draft in the audit until the final acceptance gate. AI suggestions never enter your durable record until you accept them.
- You can request a copy of your audit data, or its deletion, by emailing your program administrator. Faculty grading retention applies to records the cohort program is required to keep.
- You can sign out at any time from the account page. Signing out clears your session on this device.
